The community is located along Cherokee Trail and Saint Andrews Drive, adjacent to Golf Club Estates, and includes a mix of single-family homes and duplex or townhome-style residences. The neighborhood is associated with the Sapphire Valley Master Association, although Sapphire Valley's neighborhood directory notes that amenity membership is not required for Fairway Hamlets residents.
